During my stay at this luxurious hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful location on the south slope of an extinct volcano. The stunning views all around created a tranquil and picturesque ambiance. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that I felt welcome and attended to throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, the courteous and professional staff made me feel special. The spacious rooms were more like suites, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities. The hotel also offered a wide range of leisure activities, including a spa and wellness center with various treatments and an indoor swimming pool. I thoroughly enjoyed the live entertainment and the option to relax on the sun terrace or by the heated swimming pool. The hotel also had a restaurant with delicious food, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences. my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The restaurant in the hotel was plain awesome. Salvatore, the chef, is a very likeable person and, last but not least, his food ist great. ;) Generally, the staff is ridiculously friendly and helpful. Another plus: everyone, even the cleaning lady, is at least bilingual....

for breakfast are to less personal, plastic cups for juice and water (??), no luxury it s clean and nice but like for "sindicate", shuttle rare and it is difficult to climb there in summer

Immaculate SPA with excellent beauty treatments and a great fitness center. The pools were also well maintained and provided a truly relaxing experience. The location was perfect for us, being close to the town center and having easy access to the beach. We also enjoyed the delicious Italian cuisine offered during our stay, and the service provided by the staff was outstanding.

We found the breakfast selection to be limited and the dining area could have been cleaner. the rooms were not of the highest standard of cleanliness, though still comfortable.

We cannot say enough about the staff. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and made sure that every one of our needs was met. The resort was beautiful and their food was excellent. We would recommend it to anyone traveling to this beautiful island.

the location was perfect, close to everything we planned, and we had the most incredible view from our room which was very clean and nicely decorated. the staff were beyond polite and our luggage was moved without complaint, and the food was delicious with plenty of options to choose from for breakfast.

Though our overall stay was wonderful, the sauna was a bit disappointing.

Amazing pools and views! We loved the variety of pools and different temperatures, perfect for relaxing. the views were stunning and the location was remote enough for some peace and quiet, but still accessible. We also appreciated the great selection of tasty food at breakfast.

The lack of air conditioning was a major letdown, especially in the bedrooms. the prices for food and drinks were outrageous.

We had an amazing time at the hotel which had beautiful facilities including 13 natural thermal pools of varying temperatures. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection of Italian food and the hotel also offered free Yoga and Aquagym sessions. We also loved the stunning location on a hill with gorgeous views of the bay.
